The Afrovive Global Health Internship Programme (AGHIP), a flagship initiative of the Afrovive Health Foundation (AHF), bridges the gap between classroom learning and real-world practice by providing young people across Africa and beyond with hands-on exposure to healthcare systems, innovation co-design, and community service projects. Through structured hospital attachments, community immersion, and participation in innovation hub labs, interns develop the technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills needed to drive equitable, sustainable, and youth-led health and innovation transformation across the globe.

Through programs that leverages Partnerships and collaborations with communities to eliminate harmful practices (e.g., child marriage, FGM) through National, Regional and Community based advocacy. .

Sharing knowledge across borders—empowering Ugandan youth with practical health skills that strengthen communities today and shape healthier futures tomorrow.
Building inclusive health research from the ground up—through global exchange, youth in Uganda gain skills, voice, and leadership in shaping evidence that reflects their realities.
Guided by dedicated mentors and supervisors, global exchange students in Uganda gain the insight, skills, and perspective needed to lead in global public health.
